In a shooting competition, while hunting, or when taking part in an any activity it’s important to keep your body hydrated. Drink water often and plenty of it. I keep a bottle of water with me even when I am shooting in competition and sip it on each station. I shoot skeet and the competitive matches last all day. I will drink 6-8 bottles of water per day. When I do need something to help keep my eyes moist I use a product called Systane by Alcon. It will last most of the day and help keep your eyes from being irritated. There are other products on the market but this is the best I have found and it works well for me.
